Céla Product Review

Finding products that make your skin happy can be difficult. Everyone has different skin types, and as someone with sensitive skin, I do my best to keep it healthy. Thankfully, I was able to find and test some of Céla’s great products. This Canadian brand by Celine Tadrissi focuses on creating high-quality products with natural ingredients. This in turn gives customers the ability to have superb self-care rituals from home.

Crème de la Crème

Starting strong with the Crème de la Crème, also known as The Very Best Cream, definitely lives up to its name. With its orange peel and grapefruit oil scent, it is truly one of the best-smelling creams. Apart from its great scent, it most definitely did its job in making my skin feel soft and supple. Additionally, this cream did not leave any greasiness, unwanted residue or stickiness as it moisturized my skin. Overall, I would highly recommend this product as it quite literally is the very best cream I have ever used. 

Essential Balm

Next, the Essential Balm is an extra hydrating product that can make any dry area of your skin or hair feel loved. This miracle multi-use oil is enriched with exotic plant butters and oils that can quickly change your skin for the better. When used on the ends of your hair, a small amount of product goes a long way to smooth out any flyaways or split ends.  Additionally, the Essential Balm has a great smell, which is a result of the six extracts used in its creation: elderberry, evening primrose, juniper berry, rosemary, lavender, and blueberry. Overall, this is a great product to help smooth those extra dry spots of your skin and hair that are calling for moisture.

Black Soap

The Black Soap does its job in giving your body a nice cleansing feeling. With a strong smell, similar to that of menthol, this product gives you a refreshing and invigorating scent that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. The Black Soap makes your skin feel extra soft and clean after a warm shower. It especially works best when you exfoliate your skin after having left the Black Soap on for 5-10 minutes. After comparing it to any regular brand soap, the difference in quality is made apparent by how this soap makes your skin feel. Overall, I would recommend this product as it makes your skin feel profoundly refreshed and happy after a shower or bath.

Overall, Céla's products are a great way to recreate a spa experience at home. With their refreshing scents and luxurious textures, these products will leave you wanting more. With Céla being a sustainable brand that utilizes natural ingredients, it's hard to find anything negative about the brand as they truly prioritize honesty and quality for their clients.
